The Thunderbolt 3 port sports a reversible USB Type-C interface and delivers a maximum throughput of 40 Gb/s. The port supports USB 3.1 at up to 10 Gb/s as well as DisplayPort 1.2, allowing you to connect multiple displays simultaneously. With USB Power Delivery specification, it charges USB Type-C devices with up to 36W of power. You can daisy chain up to six Thunderbolt-equipped devices from a single Thunderbolt 3 port. In addition to Thunderbolt 3, this expansion card comes with a USB 3.1 Type-A port with 10 Gb/s speeds.
