The Behringer Composer Pro-XL MDX2600 V2 is a dual-channel expander/gate/compressor/peak limiter that is ideal for a wide range of applications. The MDX2600 V2 is suitable for compressing mono and stereo signals and offers first-class noise reduction without loss of high frequencies, which increases the voice presence and energy of the vocals and smooths or limits extremely high signal peaks. In addition, the MDX2600 V2 has an integrated Dynamic Enhancer, De-Esser, Low-Contour Filter and the revolutionary, switchable tube simulation. Behind it lies the Tube Modelling Processor, which radiates the essence of Tube and compression. This circuit emulates exactly the coveted features of classic tube compressions and thus ensures a warm and transparent sound.
